Purchase Terms and Conditions (PPDT Online Course)

1. Course Enrollment and Access

1.1. Nature of Product: The Pressure Point Defensive Tactics (PPDT) is an entirely online, digital training program providing educational content, video tutorials, and supporting materials. No physical attendance is required, except for any optional, separately scheduled live training events.

1.2. Self-Paced Completion: Upon enrollment and payment, the Customer is granted access to the purchased course tier (Local, National, or International). The course is self-paced, and there are no time limits or restrictions on how long the Customer may take to view the content or complete the certification requirements.

1.3. Mandatory Progression: Access to the PPDT National tier is contingent upon successful completion and certification of the PPDT Local course. Similarly, access to the PPDT International tier is contingent upon successful completion and certification of the PPDT National course. Upgrade opportunities will be made available exclusively within the Customer’s member area upon achieving the prerequisite certification.

1.4. Lifetime Access: The Customer receives lifetime digital access to the training content and materials for the purchased tier(s).

2. Legal Disclaimer and Acknowledgement of Risk

2.1. Educational and Informational Purpose Only: The information provided within the PPDT curriculum, including any discussion or synopsis of self-defense laws (such as those of the United Kingdom), common law cases (e.g., R v Williams, Palmer v R, R v Owino), or legal principles (e.g., necessity, proportionality, pre-emptive strike), is offered for general educational and informational purposes only.

2.2. No Legal Advice: The content is not intended to constitute legal advice, nor should it be relied upon as a substitute for consulting with qualified legal counsel in any jurisdiction.

2.3. Customer Responsibility for Local Laws: The Customer explicitly understands and agrees that laws governing self-defense, use of force, and legal justification vary significantly by country, state, and local area. The Customer assumes full and sole responsibility for:

Becoming and remaining acutely aware of the self-defense laws and legal consequences of using force in their specific country, state, and local area.
Understanding the laws of any other jurisdiction to which they may travel.

2.4. Acknowledgment of Physical Risk: The Customer acknowledges that physical training, including the practice of self-defense and pressure point techniques, carries an inherent risk of injury. The Customer assumes all risks and voluntarily participates in the training.

3. Certification and Instructor Rights

3.1. Certification Requirements: Certification at each level (Local, National, International) requires the successful completion of the associated online coursework and any required examination module, as outlined in the course materials.

3.2. Instructor Status: The purchase of the PPDT National or International tier grants the Customer the non-exclusive right to train and certify students in the curriculum levels specified for that tier, subject to maintaining current certification and adherence to the PPDT Instructor Code of Conduct.

3.3. Affiliate Commissions: National and International Instructors are eligible to earn affiliate commissions as described in the course materials (30% for National Instructors on Local sales; 40% for International Instructors on National sales). Commissions are subject to timely payment of referred customers and PPDT’s standard affiliate program rules.

4. Refund Policy

4.1. Guarantee: There are NO REFUNDS AND NO EXCHANGES FOR SPECIAL OFFER PRICING. However, for normal pricing, the customer is entitled to an unconditional, full money-back guarantee within 14 days of the original purchase of the PPDT Local course, provided the stated refund conditions are met.

4.2. Loss of Access: Upon issuance of a refund, the Customer’s access to the corresponding PPDT course tier and all associated materials and instructor rights will be immediately revoked.
