All of our HARD COPY products (DVD / USB) are shipped via USPS Standard Tracking Number.
All items are shipped within 48 Hours of order, excluding Weekends and Bank Holidays.
Shipping Department will ALWAYS contact you via E Mail to confirm YOUR ADDRESS and to send you the Tracking Number.
There is a 10 Hour Window in which you can change the shipping address – after that, it will always be sent to the address you gave on order.
If you need to change the address after that window, then you will be liable for full shipping and handling charges of the new order.
