Use Your Shoulders For Reach and Power

Once you understand the PRINCIPLE of how the shoulders rotate and the extra distance and defense they can give, then you can truly up your game.

We all know that fractions of an inch are what makes the difference between a punch missing and a K.O.

This extra reach, without moving closer, could be the missing ingredient to you getting that K.O.

Take the time to play with the movement in all angles and planes of movement, for both offense and defense.

The only limit is your ability and imagination as to HOW you use this principle.

Remember: You can and indeed should ADD this principle to all the other principles you know.
