The pendulum is a PRINCIPLE of movement that can be adapted to suit your needs.
That could be for Self Defense or Sports Combat – the choice is yours.
It work particularly well for striking Arts – and when used correctly (like old time fighters did) will make you very difficult to hit and very difficult to read.
If you can do 10 rounds of the Pendulum at speed… then you are that fit, you don’t need to do the Pendulum to get fit!
