Once you listen to my REASONS for most of the padwork out there being total BS – You will be forced to agree with what I am saying.
IF you are doing padwork for fitness only in a boxercise / kickboxercise type of environment, then it makes no difference what kind of padwork you do.
IF you are Coaching Fighters or training for Self Defense – then it makes a HUGE difference what kind of padwork you do.
As a Coach, you should be COACHING AND TEACHING – Not doing a “look at us” pad session.
