It depends on what type of Hotel you book! We have incredible 5 Star Hotels here for as little as 50-80 Dollars a night, depending on the season.
I recommend that you book one to suit your tastes.
If they are training, then they have to book. If they are watching, they are of course FREE to attend.
If it is for your own use then YES. In fact I recommend that you video as much as possible. I will also record the full event and make it available to you FREE of charge after the Training Camp.
You can use the US Dollar everywhere. The local currency is Riel, which is set at 4100 Riel to the Dollar. Do NOT bring damaged dollar notes as they will not be accepted.
