Fight Like An Old Man
Low Down Dirty Tricks - To Keep You Alive
As We Get Older - We Must Get Sneakier
As we get older, we must get sneakier
– this is a reality that we all have to face.

With age comes physical decline – we get slower, weaker, and our
reaction times decrease.
It’s a fact of life that we can’t escape.
But that doesn’t mean we have to be helpless.
In fact, it’s quite the opposite.
As we age, it’s important to develop new ways of protecting
ourselves and staying safe.
For many of us, the idea of getting old was always something that
seemed far away.
We may have thought that it was something that
only happened to other people, and that we would
always be young and strong.
But time has a way of creeping up on us, and before we know it,
we’re not as spry as we used to be.
We start to notice that we’re slowing down, that we’re not as strong
as we once were, and that our reflexes aren’t as quick.
But just because we’re getting older doesn’t mean we have to be
helpless.
We can still learn how to protect ourselves and stay safe, even as
our bodies begin to decline.
And the key to doing so is to get sneakier, by learning
exactly how to get the most from each and every technique we know
and learn.
We need to rely less on our brute strength and more on our wits,
cunning, knowhow and depth of understanding of technique.
The best way to do this is to learn the principles and
techniques that I have designed specifically for older adults or for
those that are smaller in stature or more frail.
These techniques focus on body mechanics, dynamics, and physics,
rather than brute strength, and they can be used to great effect by
people of all ages and physical abilities and can be learnt,
virtually overnight.
By learning these techniques, you can develop the skills and
confidence you need to protect yourselves and your loved ones in any
situation.
You can learn how to use your body in the most effective ways
possible, and how to leverage your opponents’ weaknesses against
them.
You can also learn how to identify potential threats and avoid
dangerous situations altogether.
But martial arts and self-defense techniques are just part of the
equation.
Another important aspect of staying safe as you age is to be aware
of your surroundings and to take precautions when necessary.
You need to be vigilant when you’re out in public, and you need to
avoid putting yourself in risky situations whenever possible.
This means being aware of your surroundings at all times, and paying
attention to the people and objects around you.
You also need to be careful about where you go and when you
go there – without being paranoid of course!
For example, you might want to avoid walking alone at night, or you
might want to avoid certain neighborhoods or areas that are known to
be dangerous.
Ultimately, the key to staying safe as you get older is to be
prepared – and nothing will prepare you better than the
techniques and principles you are about to learn.
You need to be proactive about your safety and take steps to protect
yourself before anything happens.
This means learning my techniques and principles, being aware of
your surroundings, and taking precautions when necessary.
So if you’re getting older and you’re worried about your safety,
don’t despair.
You can still stay safe and protect yourself, even as your body
begins to decline.
All it takes is a little bit of preparation and a willingness to
learn the skills I am going to teach you.
By getting sneakier and relying less on brute strength, you can stay
safe and secure no matter what life throws your way.
Shocking Crime Statistics
Crime
is an ever-increasing problem in many countries, and violent
crime is on the rise at an alarming rate, particularly in larger
cities.
For instance, in London, crimes have increased by 60+% in
one year alone.
England and Wales recorded more than 2.1 million violent crimes,
according to police statistics, a shocking increase of more than 1.5
million compared to 2012/13, which recorded just 601,141 violent
offenses.
This means that violent crime has increased almost four-fold in just
nine years, which is a terrifying statistic that should concern us
all.
In England and Wales, there are an average of 5,753 violent crimes
per day, and this figure doesn’t even include Scotland.
Moreover, this is only the number of crimes reported to the
police, and it is well known that a high percentage of crimes never
get reported.
Unfortunately, the trend is not limited to England and Wales, as
Western countries across the globe are experiencing similar issues
with rising crime rates.
The crime rate in the UK was 79.52 per 1,000 people in 2021-2022,
and it saw an increase of 1.18% from 2020. Among England, Wales, and
Northern Ireland, England has the highest crime rate, with 77.49
crimes per 1,000 people.
The police are struggling to deal with the increase in crime, and
they are often criticized for being shackled, inept, or even
corrupt.
While it is true that some officers are not performing their duties
as well as they should, many police officers are dedicated to
serving their communities and doing their best to ensure that they
are fair and just in their treatment of everybody.
In fact, for almost 30 years, I have had the privilege of working
with police forces worldwide, and I have met, trained, and worked
alongside some of the best law enforcement officers you could ever
wish to meet.
These individuals genuinely care about their communities and do
their very best to ensure that they are 100% fair and just in their
treatment of everybody.
However, it is a sad fact that many of these exceptional
officers are now leaving, retiring, or quitting in disgust in
droves. In the first week of September 2022 alone, eight of my best
Defensive Tactics (DT) Instructors retired or quit the force.
They had enough, and with crime levels soaring, nobody seems to want
to address the problem.
It is now, unfortunately, at the point where we can no
longer rely on ANY help from the Police.
We must be ready to defend ourselves and our loved ones, and
we cannot afford to lose.
We need to be more vigilant, and we must equip ourselves with the
necessary skills to defend ourselves if necessary.
As we get older, we must also get sneakier because we cannot rely on
brute strength to get us out of a violent situation.
We need to make sure that we have the best techniques and the
sneakiest ways of winning.
The world is becoming a much more violent place, and we must be
prepared for this.
Benefits Of Training
My Techniques And Principles
Martial
Arts and Self Defense programs have been around for centuries, and
they have always been a great way to improve one’s physical and
mental health.
However, many older adults and those who are smaller and more frail
might feel intimidated by traditional Martial Arts programs,
which focus on strength and agility and are great for young, fit and
conditioned Sports Combat athletes.
They are not designed for the older, smaller or more frail
– that is exactly why there are weight classes and
sports combat is a young mans game!
Fortunately, there is a new approach to your
Martial Arts and Self Defense that is ideal for the older
generation: using body mechanics, body dynamics, body physics,
principles and the ultimate in Pressure Points to learn how
to protect yourself.
The techniques and principles of this new approach apply to anyone,
regardless of their size, age, or physical ability.
By focusing on body mechanics, dynamics, and physics, one can learn
how to leverage their body’s natural strength and movements to
protect yourself.
Additionally, the use of pressure points in the body can help older
adults and those who are more frail to protect themselves without
relying on brute force.
There are many benefits to using this approach to Martial Arts and
Self Defense, especially for the older generation.
Here are just a few of them:
Improved Physical Health
One of the main benefits of practicing Martial Arts and Self Defense
is improved physical health. This new approach to Martial Arts and
Self Defense focuses on body mechanics, dynamics, physics and
Pressure Points which can help improve one’s balance, flexibility,
and overall physical health.
Increased Confidence
Learning how to protect oneself can be empowering, especially for
older adults and those who are more frail. By learning how to defend
themselves using body mechanics, dynamics, physics, and Pressure
Points, they can feel more confident and secure in their daily
lives.
Improved Mental Health
Martial Arts and Self Defense are not just about physical health but
also mental health. Practicing Martial Arts and Self Defense can
help reduce stress and anxiety, improve focus and concentration, and
promote a sense of well-being.
Enhanced Safety
One of the most significant benefits of learning Martial Arts and
Self Defense is enhanced safety. By learning how to protect oneself
using body mechanics, dynamics, physics and Pressure Points, older
adults and those who are more frail can feel safer and more secure
in their daily lives.
Overall, this new approach to Martial Arts and Self Defense
is the best way for the older generation to stay active, healthy,
and safe.

The Advantages Of Learning Via Video/Online Over
Group Classes
In recent years, technology has revolutionized
the way you can learn Martial Arts and Self Defense, and we have
been at the forefront of much of this technology.
Gone are the days when one had to physically attend classes to gain
knowledge.
With the advent of online learning platforms and video tutorials,
Students now have access to a vast range of resources, enabling you
to learn at your own pace and convenience.
Here are some of the advantages of learning via video or online as
opposed to attending group classes.
Always Have The Lesson To Watch
One of the most significant advantages of learning via video or
online is that Students always have the lesson to watch.
With group
classes, if you forget something, you may not have the opportunity
to watch the lesson again. However, with video or online learning,
you have the freedom to watch the lesson as many times as you want,
ensuring you retain the knowledge effectively.
Watch On All Devices
Each DVD and lesson can be watched and is optimised to play on all
types of devices, Smart TV's, Computers and laptops, Tablets and
Mobile / Cell Phones. This means you can take this information with
you anywhere, at home, work, holiday, gym - you name it!
Watch In Slow Motion
Another benefit of video or online learning is that you can watch
the lesson in slow motion. This feature is particularly useful for
Students who need more time to understand complex concepts. Unlike
group classes, where the pace of learning is set by the instructor,
video or online learning allows Students to set their own pace.
24/7 Access
Unlike group classes that have fixed days and times, video or online
learning allows Students to access the lessons at any time of the
day or night. This flexibility means that Students can learn when
they are most alert and focused, improving the quality of learning.
Additionally, 24/7 access means that Students can fit their learning
around other commitments, such as work or family, making video or
online learning an ideal choice for busy people.
No Fixed Location
Group classes require Students to attend a fixed location, which can
be inconvenient for many people. However, with video or online
learning, Students can learn from anywhere, as long as they have
access to the internet or have downloaded the material. This feature
is particularly useful for Students who live in remote areas or who
are unable to travel to a fixed location.
Training Partners
Learning online is even better with a training partner/s. With
online learning, Students can connect with others who share similar
interests and form learning groups. This approach has many
advantages, including the ability to learn at your own pace, get
immediate feedback, and practice with touch and feel from each
partner. This is especially important in self-defense and martial
arts training, where practicing with partners is critical.
Video or online learning offers
several advantages over group classes.
Students have the opportunity to watch lessons as many times as they
want, can watch in slow motion, have 24/7 access, and can learn from
anywhere.
These features make video or online learning an ideal choice for
busy people or those who prefer to learn at their own pace.
With the vast range of resources I have made available for you,
video or online learning has never been more accessible, making it
an excellent option for anyone looking to enhance their knowledge
and skills.
Learning with training partners further enhances the online learning
experience and provides an opportunity to practice and learn with
others who share similar interests.
