Boxing or Self Defense Bagwork

This is a simple method to get you started in basic boxing / self defense / fitness.

If you don’t have a heavy bag, then do shadow boxing instead.

The fitter you get, then the more you move around.

The better you are punching then the more you put into the combinations.

As you improve – you UP the intensity and UP the rounds.
