So many Martial Arts organisations and styles seem to leave the actual teaching of their Art to chance! Someone attains their Black Belt and are suddenly qualified to teach.

Whilst they may be great at their particular Art, they have not yet been taught “How to Teach”.

This is something that I take VERY seriously.

My Trainer Programs are designed to not only impart fantastic Pressure Point skills to you, but ALSO to impart fantastic TEACHING skills as well.

My primary focus through these innovative and ever evolving trainer programs is to help you to develop as a Coach / Trainer / Instructor.

I achieve this via several methods

I provide you with all the relevant paperwork and DVDs to ensure that you are fully equipped and up to date with all methods of teaching this unique program.

My “all in one” online study Program is probably the only program of its type available today. You will have access to all of my material in the following formats.

Support

You will have full and immediate access to all My Russell Stutely PP Instructors /OCFM Coaches / School Owners / Trainers / PPDT Instructors. Each of whom will be happy to assist a fellow Trainer / Trainer in training.

Face to face Learning

You will also have the opportunity to train directly with My Team and I during the regular Courses, held throughout the year.

Plus, as an added bonus, many of our OCFM Trainers are more than willing to open the doors of their Gym to you as a fellow OCFM Trainer.

As we expand, more and more of these training opportunities will arise.

Mentoring

In addition to all the above help and support, as a new Trainer you will be assigned a mentor, who is there to help you personally with any questions that may arise and to assist in your growth and development.

Your Mentor is considered to be your “go to” person, who already having completed their Trainer in Training journey, is a valuable resource and motivator for your personal journey in becoming a licensed Russell Stutely/OCFM/PPDT Trainer.

Interaction

Through our use of Discussion Boards, Blogs and messaging system, you are able to communicate with fellow trainers worldwide. You can debate, troubleshoot, get feedback and a ton of help and support from your training colleagues.

Not only that, but ask a question to our Community and you will get help from fully qualified Trainers at all levels, including at times, myself.
